The Archdiocese of Orthodox Churches of Russian Tradition in Western Europe
The Archdiocese operates under the Moscow Patriarchate, and Metropolitan Jean of Dubna is a member of the Holy Synod. It has been in continuous good canonical standing with the other Orthodox Churches throughout its hundred year history - first under the Patriarchate of Constantinople and, from 2018, the Patriarchate of Moscow. The Parish was established in March of 2021 by decree of Metropolitan Jean of Dubna to serve Cardiff and South Wales. It holds charitable status as 'The Orthodox Christian Trust', Registered Charity #1208707
