It is especially important, in this day and age, for people to know their faith to the greatest extent they are able. It is therefore vital that they have access to reliable opportunities to learn more about Orthodoxy - whether that is in terms of the basics of the Faith, the 'finer points', or even just in terms of how we live it out in our personal, religious lives. To this end, Fr Jacob runs a repository of Orthodox programmes and resources called Orthodox Exchange, he teaches an online 'Orthodox Basics' programme twice a year for catechumens and anyone else who may wish to know more about Orthodox life and faith, and the parish supports the new Centre for Orthodox Formation in Western Europe - a training centre for men preparing for ordination in the Church, and anyone else who may wish to study Orthodox theology at a deeper level.

He also hosts a podcast on Ancient Faith Radio, entitled Orthodoxy in the Isles.
